How long will the experience take?

Guests should expect to spend between 45 minutes and 2 hours at the Village of Lights, depending on the speed in which they move through the display, and if they stop to shop, eat, etc. 

Do I need a ticket?

Yes, tickets are required for entry. They can be pre-purchased online here, or purchased at the door.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

No outside food or drink will be permitted inside the Village of Lights. There are plenty of food and beverage options throughout the experience that are available for purchase. 

Where is the Village located?

We are located at 3425 Old Hershey Road, Elizabethtown, PA, 17022. Please enter on Old Hershey Road- the parking lot access located on 743 (Elizabethtown Rd) is EXIT ONLY and entrance will not be permitted. 

Can I bring my dog/cat/pet?

For the safety of everyone, pets are not permitted, except for service dogs as defined by the ADA.

What if it’s raining or snowing?

We are open rain or shine, unless there is significant precipitation that would inhibit us from operating. Closures will be posted on social media, and you will receive an email with a link to transfer your tickets to another night. There will be no refunds due to weather.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your scheduled ticket time.

Do you accept cash or card?

We are a cashless facility. All major credit cards are accepted.
